1. Hypnostorm
HypnoStorm is a non-profit operation existing simply to improve networking between hypnotists, subjects, observers, and those simply interested in the skills, theory and practice of hypnotism, to exchange knowledge, skills and information, and to provide support for all users, especially those who may feel slightly intimidated by the volume and depth of knowledge available to them. All ages and levels of experience are welcome here.

2. Content
The content of the site is intended to grow and develop based on contributions from those who have registered (and those who have not), and the desires of registered users, who are free to express such desires at all times.

3. Registration
While the message board requires registration, this is simply for security, and no registration is required to use the site, although it is encouraged. It is also requested that users of this site make use of the ezboard made available and put information similar to the registration form in their ezboard profile. Instructions covering how to do this are available on the ezboard site.

4. Information Collected
The information provided in the registration form may be used as anonymous statistics for the interest of the webmasters, and will NOT be knowingly passed to any third parties for the purposes of marketing or promotional activity. The registration forms are used as a means to guage what topics are of interest to be covered in articles, newsletters and other media available from this site. All information is collected and used in good faith for the purposes of better educating and informing the users of this site with respect to hypnosis, hypnotism and hypnotherapy.

5. Sharing of Information
The Webmasters of HypnoStorm will follow the directions provided in the registration form regarding the sharing of information as far as the law will allow. No information will be published on the website or shared via e-mail without the consent of the person completing the form. Choosing to share your information in the pull down menu on the registration form will be regarded as consent to share until otherwise informed. Shared information will be removed from the website or altered to reflect changes, upon the request of the person to whom it pertains, at the earliest possible convenience.

6. Material and Content
All material on this website is copyrighted 2002 to the authors of that material. By sharing material on this site you agree to allow other internet users to view and use the material provided. No previously copyrighted material will deliberately appear on this site without the permission of the copyright holders. If any of your material should appear, this will be removed at your discretion at the earliest possible convenience should you not wish to share the information contained therein. All users of this agree not to take any material other than for their own viewing interest and understanding. Others who are interested may be directed to this site to obtain the information themselves.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Appendix - Terms used on this page
"Webmasters" are any and all people with direct access to the file transfer protocol server for this website, and thus having the power to both upload and download files.
"Users" are any and all people who view or have viewed at any point during their lives, any portion of this website.
"HypnoStorm" consists of this website and all related forums controlled by the Webmasters, but not any other external websites.
